The x86 linux dynarec just got a couple of months further away thanks to gcc being totally retarded as some things (namely, fastcalls). And yes, reicast depends on fastcalls for a lot of things, and no, i don't care if you don't like fastcalls.

Made the menu button actually functional, fixed one of the menu buttons which was somehow misplaced off to the right, Git information now appears in the Version UILabel, the About screen is now somewhat functional, cleaned up the Settings page, changed the Paths page so that we aren’t yelling at the poor user in all caps.

In Gingerbread, the difference between back and O was whether or not
the Alt key was pressed at the same time in code. Until GB is supported

This also removes the debug preference, since this menu is no longer
visible until pressed. If someone presses it by accident, they would

-Added config to input fragment
-Reduced logging
-Init the mic at the right time during startup so that port 2 either
gets vmu or mic
-Has not been tested on device without mic
-Needs more testing in games
