hrydgard 895b02f410 DSP: Add txt file with luigi ucode comments (very basic). Rename some stuff. Remove function pointer in g_dsp structure, replace with a "Host" function call. Fix a problem where symbols weren't loaded into DSP debugger.

hrydgard aecaf271f1 New DSP debugger: step one. (not ready yet, but try loading zelda WW and look at the dsp debugger..).
Had to shuffle around quite a lot of code to be able to extract the CodeView into a library nicely so it can be used from both the main dolphin and the LLE plugin...  also extracted the symboldb code.

hrydgard 51cbdea782 MemoryView can now view ARAM (rightclick -> toggle memory). Add "search for instruction" capability to debugger. Code cleanup, log zelda pb type (9 all the time in Zelda Four Swords)

hrydgard bb06a53e28 DSP LLE: Just some renaming and cleanup. Prepared for proper base address support in disassembly. Added a "DebugInterface" for the DSP which would allow us to hook up a CodeView .. although CoreView currently doesn't have any support for variable-length instructions.

Enable the SET40 sign extension stuff.
Try to separate the "core" from the "interpreter" logically, a little bit. It's still a bit of a fuzzy border.

sl1nk3.s adb791dd58 Fixed a little crash I had in ISOProperties with Mario Kart Wii, it was trying to read a third unknown partition type.
Effectively toggling throttle in DSP HLE/LLE when the game is running

Sonicadvance1 264737fede A compile fix for Linux/OSX in InfoWindow.cpp and also get OSX to stop crashing from loading the audio backend. It's a pretty bad way to do it, but I couldn't find another way. Now to figure out why SMS looks horrible in OSX

hrydgard 6369b48538 DSP: I seem to have forgotten assemble.h? Killed the globals in assemble.cpp by putting the entire thing in a class, which will make more improvements easier. Same with disasm. More tweaking of the shift ops.

hrydgard e8b9e93465 DSP: Move the LLE core to a library. Added DSP assembler from gdtool, start cleaning it up. Create a new program called "DSPTool" which will become a more up to date replacement for gdtool from the devkitpro, automatically incorporating all our findings as we make them. This program depends on the new library. It can *ALMOST* roundtrip (asm->disasm->asm) hermes' DSP mixer at this point. Sorry about the unfinished Sconscript work - I'll fix it soon if nobody else does it first.

hrydgard 0f26228ef2 DSP: Fix broken disassembly (deleted some remaining byteswaps). Don't check for external interrupts every cycle. Loop endpoint detector added to Analyzer (this will be useful for a future JIT).

hrydgard 6cd34b318f The Mega Change Of Doom - or, fixing Stop. Almost. At least it's better than before. However, the OpenGL plugin seems to lose textures a lot between game restarts :P I think the GL plugin needs to do a lot more cleanup.
This change also includes tons of minor code formatting cleanup. Yeah, should've separated it ... sorry :(

Kills the old CPUCompare support. I'll resurrect it if I need it again, right now it mostly clutters the code.

magumagu9 0099b5c957 Misc Linux build fixes in the wake of r1887; still doesn't work right

John Peterson be6a6215c9 Calibrated emulated Wiimote aiming in widescreen mode. Added config menu to Wiimote. Added hide cursor option to OpenGL plugin. Added custom Wii settings and moved SYSCONF to User/Config (it will be copied by the game to Wii/shared2/sys when a game is run). Made the DSP and Video debugging windowses run on the same dll instance as the main instance.

nakeee b47f349c96 Got rid of default Dolphin.ini
Default plugins are now in Paths.h
Important note for scons users, plugin names now match the one on windows!!!
make sure to remove the old ones!! and update your .ini!!

fires.gc 8e3bd6781e added compile time assertion for _SECURE_SCL=0. It is very important that all libraries are compiled with the same _SECURE_SCL if you want to share STL functions between libraries.

John Peterson 4001e11116 Notice: This version is for testing only. It may cause unwanted side effects for the sound in many games. It adds preliminary support for volume control. I think high delta values (often close to 0x10000) mean that volume should be lowered, and vice versa. But I'm unsure how big the volume steps should be, and where the volume should go to. The current guess is that pb.mixer_control also tell us what the new volume level should be, but I'm not sure about that. The current settings seems to work okay in games like Paper Mario and Fire Emblem when sounds are faded in to begin or faded out to stop. But it worked less well for the sequenced music in Skies of Arcadia where some blocks would get a to high volume.

John Peterson a7fa1410c2 Moved a debugging check to the plugin from the main debugger. I still can't enable the sound plugin window in the Release build because I haven't figured out why calls to SConfig::GetInstance().m_LocalCoreStartupParameter.m_strDSPPlugin.c_str() crashes in a Release build.
