Debug Mode gives players direct read and write access to memory, which could be used to completely manipulate RetroAchievements logic and therefore is not allowed in hardcore mode.
This makes it so that if you just want to reload the current style (eg. on program start, or in response to a system event), you don't need to know the name of the currently selected user style. It's also more consistent with the way the 'userstyle/enabled' flag works.
See https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/13232; this was introduced in 7dde0c3c31. Apparently, providing a parent for a widget that is not visible makes your new widget visible when the parent is later made visible, in addition to managing the deletion of the widget; the documentation does not specify this (only that if the parent is visible you need to explicitly show it).
The m_checkbox_lock_mouse QCheckBox was only conditionally being added
to the layout, leaving it unmanaged and leaking
Setting the parent will allow it to be managed.
This resulted in the labels being solid black even when audio stretching is disabled the first time the settings are opened, but then properly being greyed out after changing a setting (even the audio backend or DSP emulation engine, not just whether audio stretching is enabled).
We've decided this track will never be used in the future. Releases will
continue using the "beta" branch internally, though we'll have the
user-visible strings use a different name instead.
(Note: Dolphin provided builds have always defaulted to 'beta' as the
auto-update track, so anyone who set 'stable' did so manually.)
For a few years now, I've been thinking it would be nice to make Dolphin
support reading Wii games in the format they come in when you download
them from the Wii U eShop. The Wii U eShop has some good deals on Wii
games (Metroid Prime Trilogy especially is rather expensive if you try
to buy it physically!), and it's the only place right now where you can
buy Wii games digitally.
Of course, Nintendo being Nintendo, next year they're going to shut down
this only place where you can buy Wii games digitally. I kind of wish I
had implemented this feature earlier so that people would've had ample
time to buy the games they want, but... better late than never, right?
I used MIT-licensed code from the NOD library as a reference when
implementing this. None of the code has been directly copied, but
you may notice that the names of the struct members are very similar.

While trying to work on adding audiodump support for CLI, I was alerted that it was important to first try moving the DSP configs to the new config before continuing, as that makes it substantially easier to write clean code to add such a feature.
This commit aims to allow for Dolphin to only rely on the new config for DSP-related settings.
Instead of having a single GUI checkbox for "Always Hide Mouse Cursor",
I have instead opted to use radio buttons so the user can swap between
different states of mouse visibility. "Movement" is the default
behavior, "Never" will hide the mouse cursor the entire time the game is
running, and "Always" will keep the mouse cursor always visible.
Previously, if you have "Hotkeys Require Window Focus" disabled, you could repeatedly use the "Open" hotkey, for example, to stack File Open windows over top of each other over and over.
This commit allows the hotkey manager to disable/enable on QFileDialog creation and destruction.

This fixes a nasty issue where you can change the Dual Core setting
during emulation, if it has been overridden by GameINI or NetPlay, by
simply changing any of the non-disabled settings. This is because
changing any of the settings will write all of them to the config.
This issue is particularly nasty because managing to disable Dual Core
during emulation, and then stopping it, results in the emulator core
being totally deadlocked. It's impossible to recover from this state,
and Dolphin will remain as a zombie process on the system, consuming
resources and holding locks, until forcibly killed.
I think the AArch64 JIT has come far enough that it doesn't have to
be called experimental anymore.
I'm also labeling the x86-64 JIT as x86-64 for consistence with the
AArch64 JIT. This will especially be helpful if we start supporting
AArch64 on macOS, as AArch64 macOS can run both the x86-64 JIT and
the AArch64 JIT depending on whether you enable Rosetta 2.
TunTap has recently become unmaintained, and it seems Apple wants developers to move away from kexts in general. TunTap currently takes some finagling to work on Catalina, and it may not work at all on Big Sur, necessitating a non-kext-based solution. Fortunately, fake Ethernet devices were introduced in Sierra and can be used similarly to tap adapters. This commit adds a new type of BBA interface implementation which uses fake Ethernet devices via tapserver (https://github.com/fuzziqersoftware/tapserver) to communicate with the host. This implementation was tested with PSO Episodes I & II, which can successfully connect to a private server running locally.
This implementation is only available on macOS, since that's the only place it's needed - Windows/Linux/Unix are unaffected by TunTap being deprecated.
Fallback Region
A user-selected fallback to use instead of the default PAL
This is used for unknown region or region free titles to give them
the ability to force region to use. This replaces the current fallback region
of PAL. This can be useful if a user is trying to play a region free
tilte that is originally NTSC and expects to be run at NTSC speeds. This
may be done when a user attempts to dump a WAD of their own without
understanding the settings they have chosen, or could be an intentional
decision by a developer of a ROM hack that can be injected into a
Virtual Console WAD.
Remove using System Menu region being checked in GetFallbackRegion
