Trivial-Man 7b8818c35b Resolve issues with Master
- Uses NLua instead of LuaInterface
- Uses LuaMethod instead of LuaMethodAttribute
- All LuaCanvas Lua calls now begin with lowercase

- Also allows LuaPictureBoxes added through forms to be compatible with addClick

only update opacity by 1/8th every 40ms. allows to skip fading in if mouse moves around at regular speed, and only pops up if deliberately hovering over the cell

also reduce magic numbers a bit
