Emmet Young 25a0bd6f11 Add some entries to the RDB for recently leaked games
Remove the break point in COP1_S_CEIL_W  since Taz requires this function to work properly in recompiler, the function appears to be working properly.

Emmet Young cf761b3f70 Fix up the Load and Save as options by using direct calls to the LoadState and SaveState function, pausing the cpu stops the event queue from being processed from the looks of it so we get stuck on trying to load and save a state.
