willkuer 1414d64b18 [skip ci] GSDumpGui: Only reload dumps and dlls separately if their respective settings change, make config portable, autodetect dump/dll folder. (#2926)
- Add simple logging infrastructure and further improve the existing one
- Delegate loading of dlls and dumps into dedicated loader classes
- Adjust user interaction to restrict updates to only relevant parts
- Gsdx dlls (dumps) are only reloaded when a new path for gsdx dlls (dumps) was given. That means dlls are not reloaded just because the dumps path was changed or another dump was selected
- When GSDumpGui can not find the specified settings folder or there is no setting saved so far it will look into the directory of the currently running application (however as before only exactly in the directory and not in subdirectories)
- Further decouple model, view and 'controller' logic.
- Restrict directory checks to application basepath instead of current directory as current directly is changed at too man places
- Avoid some minor memory leaks by disposing some disposable elements

Note: Net framework requirement has been increased to 4.0 to run/compile the application.

Jonathan Li af60501fb6 windows: Remove unused solution files and property sheets
The solution files are unused and for ancient Visual Studio versions -
GSDumpGUI has its own solution file, and bin2cpp is included in the main
solution file.

The property sheets have either fallen out of use or were never used in
the first place.

Jonathan Li b20433c0be windows: Remove user.props references from all projects
find . -name *.vcxproj -exec sed -i -e '/user.props/d' {} \;

Microsoft recommends against using .user files. From
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/669zx6zc.aspx :
"The best practice is to delete the reference to them in Property
Manager to ensure that your projects operate independently of any
per-user, per-computer settings. This is important to ensure correct
behaviour in a SCC (source code control) environment."

If you cannot compile SPU2-X after this commit (since that still relies
on the old DirectX SDK), you'll need to fix your build environment.

Jonathan Li 9ed9b2d8cd windows: Switch to DefaultPlatformToolset aka non-XP toolsets
Basically I ran
find . -name "*.vcxproj" -exec sed -i -e 's/_xp//' {} \;

This will likely break XP, but it paves the way on Windows for a PCSX2
that does not require the DirectX redistributables to be installed for
Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 users. Windows Vista and 7 users will still require
the DirectX redistributable files for XInput and XAudio, though PCSX2
should still be capable of running if a user does not actually use either
of them.

  - Shadow of the Colossus: disable (over)bloom.
- Reverted the Valkyrie Profile 2 hack to pre- r5214.
- Some CRC fixes by comments on r5214.
- Regression fix of dynamic crc hack (INITIAL_MODE = 0 didn't compile)

avihal b4a0af9769 GSdx: New: Dynamic CRC Hacks system (disabled by default).
See tools/dynacrchack/DynaCrcHack.c for full instructions.

For development of CRC hacks (and just for the fun of creating such a system), Allows GSdx to load and use CRC hack logic from an external DLL, and reload it, at runtime, whenever this DLL changes (but act normally if this DLL isn't found).

This external DLL is compiled from a single C source file (a sample is provided, containing the current MGS3 CRC hack logic). There's also a system to automatically compile this C file into the DLL whenever the C file is modified, thus creating a system of instant [save C file] -> [GSdx switches to the new logic].

It's actually a pretty cool system, and might have other usages where it's useful, for the sake of tests/development/tweaking, to modify code logic during runtime. The overhead of such system compared to pre-compiled code is very low (e.g., in the case of CRC hacks which are called thousands of times/sec, I couldn't notice any difference in performance).

Compilation of the C file is currently done using TCC (Tiny C Compiler - http://bellard.org/tcc/ - extremely fast, light and powerful). TCC itself needs to be downloaded separately (~250K download, no install required). The system currently supports Windows only.

feal87@gmail.com 5ef3d80f47 Rewritten all the dump functionality to be completely managed by my application and not relying anymore on gsdx REPLAY function. This is the first of a series of commit. 2) Fix a crash when an invalid directory is specified in the textbox.
3) Fix working folder for loading library. Now it searches for dependencies in the same folder as the plugin dll.
4) Fix configuration save/loading

gigaherz 954847fca4 Initial work on vs2010 project files for PCSX2 and plugins.
The *null projects don't build, and neither do ZZOgl or ZeroSPU2.
Pcsx2 project has some issues with Resources' custom build steps not being run.
Only Debug target tested.
Needs work before it's usable.

sudonim1 8c0fc49f61 GSdx: Removed DX10 support in favour of DX11. I am told that this shouldn't affect anyone and it reduces code duplication. (DX11 was already missing some changes in DX10, I have ported them.)
GSdx: Removed OpenGL "support". Nobody showed any interest in getting this working.
GSdx: Removed PS1 GPU support. pcsx2 does not use this and it is unmaintained, likely broken, and frequently confuses intellisense.
GSDumpGUI: Use the correct export for the library name, was using the PS1 version.

If any of the above code is needed in the future, we have this wonderful technology called version control.

Committed the first revision of the new GSDX Dump Viewer. At the moment it contains the PThreads dll inside the build process and output to the bin directory of the tools directory till I know for sure I can output the exe directly into pcsx2 bin directory. :P
