treewide: convert GPLv2+ license info to SPDX tags
SPDX standardizes how source code conveys its copyright and licensing
information. See https://spdx.github.io/spdx-spec/1-rationale/ . SPDX
tags are adopted in many large projects, including things like the Linux
kernel.

iwubcode fd3af4c5d3 InputCommon: Introducing the "Dynamic Input Texture". Configuration links an emulated input action to an image based on what host key is defined for that emulated input. rlnilsen 4cb3baba5c Add support for motion controllers via the CemuHook controller input protocol.
This is done by:
1) Implementing said protocol in a new controller input class CemuHookUDPServer.
2) Adding functionality in the WiimoteEmu class for pushing that motion input to the emulated Wiimote and MotionPlus.
3) Suitably modifying the UI for configuring an Emulated Wii Remote.

booto 2ff0486335 Debugger/Memory: Add support for address spaces
Different address spaces can be chosen in the memory view panel.
 * Effective (or virtual): Probably the view people mostly want. Address
   translation goes through MMU.
 * Auxiliary: ARAM address space. Does not display anything in Wii mode.
 * Physical: Physical address space. Only supports mem1 and mem2 (wii
   mode) so far.

Techjar 0c02e77eee Core: Remove MemoryWatcher
MemoryWatcher only works on Linux and affects emulation determinism due
to scheduling additional events, which causes NetPlay to desync.
Considering that this interface is a rather specialized use case, the
communication with it is kinda crappy *and* it's affecting emulation, I
think it's best to just axe it and come up with a better implementation
of the functionality.

Techjar 4407854e9c NetPlay save data synchronization
This adds the functionality of sending the host's save data (raw memory
cards, as well as GCI files and Wii saves with a matching GameID) to
all other clients. The data is compressed using LZO1X to greatly reduce
its size while keeping compression/decompression fast. Save
synchronization is enabled by default, and toggleable with a checkbox
in the NetPlay dialog.

On clicking start, if the option is enabled, game boot will be delayed
until all players have received the save data sent by the host. If any
player fails to receive it properly, boot will be cancelled to prevent
desyncs.

Pierre Bourdon 45d27f7fc7 CommonPaths: Add D_WFSROOT_IDX.
Defaults to $USERDIR/WFS. Used to store the contents normally stored on
WFS mass storage devices.

JosJuice 0f1ce0e1f4 Remove incorrect usage of "ASCII" and "ANSI"
Windows-1252 was sometimes being referred to as ASCII or ANSI
in Dolphin, which is incorrect. ASCII is only a subset of
Windows-1252, and ANSI is (rather improperly) used in Windows
to refer to the current code page (which often is 1252 on
Western systems, but can also be something entirely different).

The commit also replaces "SJIS" with "Shift JIS". "SJIS"
isn't misleading, but "Shift JIS" is more commonly used.

Léo Lam 8912bb3ff4 Back up part of SYSCONF when switching to emulated BT
This fixes an issue where the Bluetooth info section could be fully
filled up by syncing 5 Wiimotes in passthrough mode then switching to
emulated Bluetooth; emulated Wiimotes were then unable to be used.

The "real" SYSCONF section is now backed up before being replaced with
a blank section that the emulated BT adapter can always fill with 5
Wiimotes without issues.

This backup is restored by the passthrough code, instead of during
the Bluetooth mode switch because this should be done regardless of the
user interface, and even without UI (if the config file is edited
manually).

JosJuice 9b2fe62bc9 Move nobanner and fileplatform from Themes to Resources
fileplatform is moved so it's in the same place as the other platform
icons, and nobanner is moved just because it fits better in Resources.
Both of them were identical in all of Dolphin's themes.

spxtr d9d6cf8eda GC controller input using named pipes
Currently only works on unix, but can be extended to other systems. Can
also be extended to do wiimotes.

Searches the Pipes folder for readable named pipes and creates a dolphin
input device out of them. Send controller inputs to the game by writing
to the file. Commands are described in Pipes.h.

Jules Blok 262c3b19ec PostProcessing: Add support for user-supplied anaglyph shaders.
There are lots of different anaglyph glasses out there and there may be even more creative uses for stereoscopic post-processing shaders.
