Techjar 0f17990137 VideoCommon: Split BBox* functions into common and backend implementation variants
This will allow for some aspects of bounding box to be handled in
VideoCommon instead of individual backends.

Lioncash e60268bd42 VideoCommon/RenderBase: Use a std::string_view with CreateShaderFromSource()
Greatly simplifies the overall interface when it comes to compiling
shaders. Also allows getting rid of a std::string overload of the same
name. Now std::string and const char* both go through the same function.

Stenzek 61a656570e AbstractPipeline: Support returning "cache data"
"Cache data" can be used to assist a driver with creating pipelines by
using previously-compiled shader ISA.

Stenzek 9e798eec94 Implement EFB copy filter and gamma in hardware backends
Also makes y_scale a dynamic parameter for EFB copies, as it doesn't
make sense to keep it as part of the uid, otherwise we're generating
redundant shaders.

Stenzek 2cd240af0d VideoBackends: Move max texture size to VideoConfig
This stops the virtual method call from within the Renderer constructor.

The initialization here for GL had to be moved to VideoBackend, as the
Renderer constructor will not have been executed before the value is
required.

degasus 61c3a0d9e4 VideoSW: Split up OGL window handling
This removes OSD support for video software, but it was already broken before.

This commit does not try to fix coding style issues, the rewrite of this presentation API is splitted up.

Scott Mansell 92eed47213 Fixed Frame dumping in VideoSoftware.
Old code dumped the efb, which was no-longer relevant since the
backend gained xfb support.
New code dumps the colour texture which is about to be rendered to
the screen so correctly reflects the bypassXFB option.

Scott Mansell 8b2c540544 Finally Merge branch 'videosoftware-xfb'
This adds xfb support to the videosoftware backend, which increases it's
accuracy and more imporantly, enables the usage of many homebrew apps
which write directly to the xfb on the videosoftware backend.
