Soren Jorvang f99a36ccfa Some refinements to (r5955+r5962+r5964):
Don't rely on trailing /'s in directory names.

Destdir only works for global builds.

Only tar up global builds if they are in a destdir to
avoid SCons eating all available memory indexing /usr.

Print current status of shared_foo in 'scons -h'.

Soren Jorvang 6813a75ab2 Some pathnames are used both by SCons and cpp which can be a bit tricky.
Should revisit and make the distinction more explicit.

Put the Data and Sys directories under Resources in the OS X app bundle.

Construct config.h (now lower-case to avoid confusion with other Config.h
instances in the tree) in the root. One tiny step towards a read-only
and cross-buildable source tree.

Some minor bits of non-Linux Unix portability.

Soren Jorvang a2b1f829cb Get rid of a number of unnecessary env.Clones.
Use SCons' convenient # shorthand for the root of our tree.
 
Also various minor cleanup of SConscripts.

Soren Jorvang 404c625622 Simplify the SCons build:
On OS X, build all code as Objective-C(++).

Centralize framework handling.

Cleanup.

Soren Jorvang 30e437f9e3 Fix some cases of variables being used uninitialized. Also some unused
variables, writeable strings and dangerously shadowed variables.

index(), gamma(), exp() and y0() are POSIX functions and using those
names can cause namespace confusion.

A number of C files were missing the final newline required by ANSI C
and some versions of GCC are pedantic enough to complain about this.

These changes simply the scons build, allowing us to get rid of
filterWarnings which is simply more trouble than it's worth.

Sonicadvance1 804b9e99f8 Add CoreAudio Backend, still needs a bit of work. Will cleanup AudioCommon.cpp, and finish off CoreAudioStream.cpp if I ever get running games working in Snow Leopard. Interpreter seems to run in to a spinlock, dunno why yet, and Jit just crashes out. Core problems is probably something I won't be able to fix

hrydgard f6edc361b4 Delete the "Jac" uCode HLE, merge it into the Zelda ucode. The games (Luigi, Pikmin) communicate fine but don't make any sound :(
Improved volume mode 0. Initial work on more correct volume mode 1 emulation sounds, but it's not activated. Made the volumes less annoying, anyway.

XTra.KrazzY 7d7e2ec8a8 Added the Zelda UCode preliminary synthesizer. It's far from perfect, but it sounds like the exact pitch it should synth. I'd be glad if someone finished it.

nakeee 7219bcd4d5 This is a joined work of XK and me on improving the HLE plugin interface.
It allows run time selection of backends (AOSound, DSound and NullSound).
It replaces the DSP_NULL plugin (works even better!)
It also includes improved thread handling on asound, and using some common functions on both
asound and windows.

magumagu9 0099b5c957 Misc Linux build fixes in the wake of r1887; still doesn't work right
because Source/Plugins/Plugin_DSP_HLE/Src/Debugger/Logging.cpp appears 
to be missing, and I haven't looked at the fallout of r1884 yet.

nakeee b47f349c96 Got rid of default Dolphin.ini
Default plugins are now in Paths.h
Important note for scons users, plugin names now match the one on windows!!!
make sure to remove the old ones!! and update your .ini!!

fires.gc c7ae1fd402 Reverted r762 and r763 - i don't see any good reason to keep this revision as long as nobody fixes the windows build (btw: i don't understand why we need a non-WX build at all). if someone is going to fix it he can revert this revision.

Sonicadvance1 9a3ebd0c3b Linux: Compiling with nowx=true now builds the entire project without WX, this isn't tested in Windows so it's always on via Common.h, You can test/fix it yourself that way. Also fixed Compiling again

Maarten ter Huurne 59974dfb5b Only use "-fPIC" for compiling objects that will be part of dynamic libs. Make SConscripts inherit the compile flags from the top level instead of overriding them.

hrydgard aa3fee8c60 Audio system update - HLE plugin submitted, homebrew has sound, and also Mario movies!! (this was very unexpected). This also acts as a frame limiter. Might provide an option to turn it off in the future.
