Disk Write fixed, Recompiler support tentative

Unfortunately there's an opcode that Recompiler doesn't recognize.
However once it's implemented, there's no reason it shouldn't work.
For Disk Writing, so far it works, it seems to not have any trouble so far.

correct PD descriptions
...
Contrary to what I though, PD doesn't crash with FB enabled. It just
flickers in Combat Simulator. The crashes I experienced must've had a
different cause.
