The C version of the GenericLog was being used in both C and C++ branches of the code.
Parent panic alerts by the main_frame so that those windows get the icon too.
Fix a couple of compiler warnings.
Added some checks for libraries in the cmake build.

an idea of how to make it look nicer i.e making it optional or adding it only to errors/warnings

Add support for button combos that are built-in to controllers:
y+x+start for three seconds updates the origin
b+x+start for three seconds resets
Changed CPeripheralInterface to a namespace and renamed to ProcessorInterface

commented some logging lines that gave:
warning: cannot pass objects of non-POD type 'const class wxCharBuffer'
through '...'; call will abort at runtime
This actually aborts on run time so please fix it if you wish to
uncomment it

1) The new ERROR, WARN, INFO, DEBUG _LOG macros were used
ERROR, // Bad errors - that still don't deserve a PanicAlert.
WARNING, // Something is suspicious.
INFO, // General information.
DEBUG, // Strictly for detailed debugging - might make things slow.
2) Made all LOG macro use into some of the logging level supporting macros
LOG is commented out on linux can someone try it on windows? (it's in Log.h)
3) Added ERROR_lOG next to each panic alert
I hope I helped making the logs a bit more useful/readble
