add hotkey for quick screenshot, and re-add "force as current" save feature, but hide it (along with all of the save size selections) behind a dev+ only config>advanced menu, since hardly anyone needs to use this feature and it is too powerful.

RAM Search: redraw the list when search size/format is changed.
Probably those are common bugs of the Gens-style RAM search dialog.

- Lots of Italian truncated words are now fixed (except the words on the Debug stuff, that need a major reworks)
...
-Joined latests modifies by Pokefan from trunk to 0.9.6 branch
-Added the missing option "Patch DelayLoop SWI" in Italian, French and Japanese translations. For Japanese and French is a simple copypaste so it need the appropriate translation.
-Remanaged a bit the IT/JP/FR "Emulation Settings" submenu to make it similar to the EN one.
