- Removed the old zlib files.
- PJ64 now uses the new zlib 1.2.8 files.

Make PropertySheets imports non-conditional

Interpolated Platform and Configuration values to avoid case-by-case
condition validation.
(This could allow for future configurations and platforms without
additional modifications to VCXPROJ files).
