Changed Duck Dodgers Audio Sync.

When using PJ64's audio sync, the game feels "off". Daffy's movement is jerky. So I've disabled it and enabled Jabo audio sync. Azimer's seems to work fine with these settings.

Disabled FB to fix half of screen being cut off. Kinda redundant with GLideN64 coming very soon, but I don't like broken things.
(No idea if disabling FB breaks anything, though.)

Re-Volt CF=1 framerate improvement.
...
I had avoided this in the past since it seemed unstable. But with @Frank-74's changes, the game now seems stable with CF=1, and it runs at 60fps with occasional dips instead of all over the place with dips into the teens as it does with CF=2.

Forum user Ferunando alerted me to the game freezing. Initially thought it might be RSP Audio Signal problem. But it was actually caused by ABL.

JFG CF=1+Consistent regions.
...
There may be side effects of CF=1, but I haven't encountered any yet. In the meantime, it makes the game much smoother. Some of the framerate dips I was getting with CF=2 were absurd. Also, self mod methods for Star Twins, the Japanese region version, have been changed to match other regions.

Alphabetical Order
The English alphabet starts with the letter a and finishes with the
letter z. We always write the alphabet in the same order:
a-b-c-d-e-f-g-h-i-j-k-l-m-n-o-p-q-r-s-t-u-v-w-x-y-z
A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H-I-J-K-L-M-N-O-P-Q-R-S-T-U-V-W-X-Y-Z
This order is called "alphabetical order". We often write lists in
alphabetical order. For example, to write a list of countries in
alphabetical order, we start with countries that begin with the letter
A, then with countries that begin with B, and so on. For example:

Sync Audio=0
and i didn't notice anything bad...
Sync Audio, enabled or disabled I didn't see an difference in frame rate on my PC....
