Combine all the different configurations together so the project files
are more generic and maintainable.
Also standardise the layout so all the project files will be similar and
all have the same standard elements (even if empty).
Add 64-bit configurations.
Additional specifics:
spu2-x: FLOAT_SAMPLES preprocessor definition removed since it's unused.
Using __declspec(dllexport) causes duplicate export warnings to be
generated when compiling 64-bit builds. Name mangling also occurs on
functions that are exported this way, so it doesn't actually work with
the plugin system, which uses unmangled names.
The module definition file exports the functions without name mangling
and is sufficient on its own.
find . -name *.vcxproj -exec sed -i -e '/user.props/d' {} \;
Microsoft recommends against using .user files. From
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/669zx6zc.aspx :
"The best practice is to delete the reference to them in Property
Manager to ensure that your projects operate independently of any
per-user, per-computer settings. This is important to ensure correct
behaviour in a SCC (source code control) environment."
If you cannot compile SPU2-X after this commit (since that still relies
on the old DirectX SDK), you'll need to fix your build environment.
For some reason some Windows 7 systems (most are unaffected) cannot cope
with LoadLibraryEx and return error code 87 - "The parameter is
incorrect".
Switch to using LoadLibrary instead for any case where Windows 7 is
expected to successfully load the requested dll. Potentially Windows
Vista is also affected.
Basically I ran
find . -name "*.vcxproj" -exec sed -i -e 's/_xp//' {} \;
This will likely break XP, but it paves the way on Windows for a PCSX2
that does not require the DirectX redistributables to be installed for
Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 users. Windows Vista and 7 users will still require
the DirectX redistributable files for XInput and XAudio, though PCSX2
should still be capable of running if a user does not actually use either
of them.
I went a bit of trigger happy since compiling so much is not fun. Changes:
Solution
- Remove all SSE2/SSSE3/SSSE4/AVX/AVX2 configurations. Not used.
- Remove wxAdv3.0 and x86emitter. Compiled but not used.
- Make sure Release compiles Release.
- Make sure Debug compiles Debug.
- Make sure Devel compiles Release or Devel.
- Make sure nothing get skipped.
- Do the last 4 for the x64 build.
.
CDVDolio
- Remove SSE2/SSSE3/SSSE4/AVX/AVX2 configurations. Not used.
- Remove props. Cruft.
- Remove _M_SSE from stdafx.h. Pointless and only reference to it.
xpad
- Remove SSE2/SSSE3/SSSE4/AVX/AVX2 configurations. Not used.
- Remove props. Cruft.
- No reference to _M_SSE.
.
Only GSdx uses _M_SSE.
Removed some missing headers from the vs2010 and vs2012 project files that were causing vs to always claim the projects were out of date.
Also removed some other entries for c/cpp files that were disabled but also missing (I did not search exhaustively).

Technical details: Image randomization is a feature on Vista/7 that loads DLLs at random(-ish) addresses, improving security and reducing the amount of DLL relocation work required. This option has no effect on WinXP.

Changes: Fixed all compile errors in VS 2010. Added support for new w32pthreads.v4. Fixed all MSB8012 warnings. Fixed LNK419 warnings with /DELAYLOAD. Fixed issues when compiling Devel before Release. Added GSdx Devel target. Minor cleanups.
Thanks a bunch, blood :)

Some more wxCore fixes.
Fixed also inter-project dependency warnings.
Also some other fixed to get devel/release compiling.
Oh and apparently my VCproject folder got messed up and detached itself from svn, so it wasn't commiting with the rest...

The *null projects don't build, and neither do ZZOgl or ZeroSPU2.
Pcsx2 project has some issues with Resources' custom build steps not being run.
Only Debug target tested.
Needs work before it's usable.

Projects: Removed FrameworkVersion descriptor, don't think it matters for C++ code. Removed all translation files, since they're grossly out-dated and need to be remade anyway.

* Changed w32pthreads library into a DLL so that it can be used from plugins correctly. (NOTE: you will need to make sure to build and copy w32pthreads.dll into your pcsx2 folder).
* Switched pcsx2 from static CRT to shared CRT linking (needed to ensure correct exception handling behavior in multithreaded DLL environments).
* Switched all standard plugins in the Suite to the shared CRT, to match pcsx2's new style. :)
* Renamed _DEBUG (depreciated) to PCSX2_DEBUG (excluding Gabest projects since the ATL still uses it).
* Added intrin.h to Pcsx2Defs.h (so that it is included universally), and added intrin_x86.h for GCC compatibility.
Notes:
* Current plugin version compatibility status should be unaffected. The new shared-CRT plugins work fine with older versions of Pcsx2, and the older plugins should work fine with the new shared-CRT version of pcsx2; so long as the necessary CRT DLLs are available on the user's system.
* All future packagings of pcsx2 will include w32pthreads.dll and the Common Runtimes (CRTs).
* Existing users who do not have MSVC installed can obtain the CRTs by downloading the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (anyone with msvc installed should already have all they need).

- more thorough blur detection
- makesnapshot delayed until the next vsync (so shift+f8 won't crash randomly)

I'll put up a wiki soon which covers new compilation features and stuff, like how to re-enable revision tagging, and how you can direct compiled exe/dlls to be copied to any destination of your choice (yay!) -- plus many other compiling tips (if I can remember them all! >_<)

Improved the Win32 build scripts to solve some end case scenarios on some systems/configs, where they would fail due to missing path separators.
