Silent f1d3177b69 GUI: Make aspect ratio/frame limiter OSD messages keyed
Keyed messages don't pile up so spamming turbo/frame limiter
keys will not generate multiple messages now.

Add CRCs for (almost) all versions of R&C, WOC, & J&D.
Remove all non-retail crc versions.
Re-add Crash 4 version CRC, it's retail actually.
