Jonathan Li e25e8bc580 plugins: Tidy/standardise VS projects
Combine all the different configurations together so the project files
are more generic and maintainable.

Also standardise the layout so all the project files will be similar and
all have the same standard elements (even if empty).

Add 64-bit configurations.

Additional specifics:
spu2-x: FLOAT_SAMPLES preprocessor definition removed since it's unused.

Jonathan Li b20433c0be windows: Remove user.props references from all projects
find . -name *.vcxproj -exec sed -i -e '/user.props/d' {} \;

Microsoft recommends against using .user files. From
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/669zx6zc.aspx :
"The best practice is to delete the reference to them in Property
Manager to ensure that your projects operate independently of any
per-user, per-computer settings. This is important to ensure correct
behaviour in a SCC (source code control) environment."

If you cannot compile SPU2-X after this commit (since that still relies
on the old DirectX SDK), you'll need to fix your build environment.

Jonathan Li 9ed9b2d8cd windows: Switch to DefaultPlatformToolset aka non-XP toolsets
Basically I ran
find . -name "*.vcxproj" -exec sed -i -e 's/_xp//' {} \;

This will likely break XP, but it paves the way on Windows for a PCSX2
that does not require the DirectX redistributables to be installed for
Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 users. Windows Vista and 7 users will still require
the DirectX redistributable files for XInput and XAudio, though PCSX2
should still be capable of running if a user does not actually use either
of them.

gigaherz 888f0a27da Remove vs2008 project files, since they have become outdated, and complicated to maintain.

gigaherz 01daa0b6fd Change the vs2012 project files to use the v110_xp platform toolset, and the vs2013 project files to use the v120_xp platform toolset, so that the resulting executables can be run in Windows XP/2003.

gigaherz 4173080028 Because vs2012==vs11 and vs2013==vs12, which is extremely confusing, I renamed the project files to use the full year as the name.
Also fixed some project references to the right filenames.

gigaherz 74378ce378 Created vs2013 files based on the vs2012 code, and fixed a small incompatibility between vs2013 and pthreads.
Removed some missing headers from the vs2010 and vs2012 project files that were causing vs to always claim the projects were out of date.
Also removed some other entries for c/cpp files that were disabled but also missing (I did not search exhaustively).

Jake.Stine 116f9ec193 Plugins (MSW only): Removed the Image Randomization flag from most plugins' projects. They now default to the value specified by the PCSX2 properties sheet, which enables image randomization by default.
Technical details: Image randomization is a feature on Vista/7 that loads DLLs at random(-ish) addresses, improving security and reducing the amount of DLL relocation work required. This option has no effect on WinXP.

Thanks a bunch, blood :)

gigaherz 954847fca4 Initial work on vs2010 project files for PCSX2 and plugins.
The *null projects don't build, and neither do ZZOgl or ZeroSPU2.
Pcsx2 project has some issues with Resources' custom build steps not being run.
Only Debug target tested.
Needs work before it's usable.

Jake.Stine 94cdfb6a8b Add debug versions of Null plugins (helps fix some stack tracing problems having a full set of debug-built DLLs, even if they aren't the source of the crashes).
DevNote: Moved jNO_DEFAULT from the Pcsx2Defs.h, since it's too dependent on the Common libraries. It's now in Assertions.h. Plugins can use __assume(0); directly instead or roll their own.

Jake.Stine 0f259e62d5 Implemented keyboard accelerator tables and a hashed global command table (should be ideal for eventual GUI extensions via plugin, and toolbars and other fanciness). Removed Pause menu and replaced it with a Suspend/Resume menu. Closing GS window behaves more nicely.
Projects: Removed FrameworkVersion descriptor, don't think it matters for C++ code. Removed all translation files, since they're grossly out-dated and need to be remade anyway.

Jake.Stine b974b815ff Major Build System changes:
* Changed w32pthreads library into a DLL so that it can be used from plugins correctly. (NOTE: you will need to make sure to build and copy w32pthreads.dll into your pcsx2 folder).
 * Switched pcsx2 from static CRT to shared CRT linking (needed to ensure correct exception handling behavior in multithreaded DLL environments).
 * Switched all standard plugins in the Suite to the shared CRT, to match pcsx2's new style. :)
 * Renamed _DEBUG (depreciated) to PCSX2_DEBUG (excluding Gabest projects since the ATL still uses it).
 * Added intrin.h to Pcsx2Defs.h (so that it is included universally), and added intrin_x86.h for GCC compatibility.

Notes:
 * Current plugin version compatibility status should be unaffected. The new shared-CRT plugins work fine with older versions of Pcsx2, and the older plugins should work fine with the new shared-CRT version of pcsx2; so long as the necessary CRT DLLs are available on the user's system.
 * All future packagings of pcsx2 will include w32pthreads.dll and the Common Runtimes (CRTs).
 * Existing users who do not have MSVC installed can obtain the CRTs by downloading the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (anyone with msvc installed should already have all they need).
