a workaround for not being able to set and save the ntsc scanline rendering options (which were defaulting to 8->231): change the ntsc scanline rendering to match pal, 0->239. suboptimal but simple and effective.

And that path on shell.sourceforge.net should have been
/home/groups/f/fc/fceultra/
It's also good to "chmod -R ug+rwX /home/groups/f/fc/fceultra" and
"chgrp -R fceultra /home/groups/f/fc/fceultra"

FYI when you update these files in the repository you need to
ssh to shell.sourceforge.net, cd to /home/groups/c/co/cobertura
