Connor McLaughlin cbbf599e4e Android: Multiple improvements 
- Save/resume state when closing/starting.
 - Error reporting - hopefully can figure out why it's not starting on
   some devices.
 - Reduce startup latency.
 - Add more options and descriptions to settings.
