sl1nk3.s 3dc3c1c3b3 Fix issue 2019, fix hiding or showing games with country == Italy, France, Taiwan or Korea from the gamelist, add missing Korea flag to the gamelist and disable netplay from the menu until it can be made more usable.

CommandProcessor.cpp Fixes to the software plugin command processor. Made it easy to use the command processor in place of the one in video common. Use frame skip setting from the application in the software plugin instead of the internal frame skipping config setting.
