OS Fixed RealXFB being enabled when XFB box is unchecked. Moved some shared code into VideoCommon. Renamed EFBCopyDisable setting to EFBCopy"Enable" in the code and inifile. NativeVertexFormat.cpp Merged identical VertexManager code from DX9/DX11/OGL plugins into VideoCommon. Still need to merge VertexManager::Flush (will be easier after TextureCache is merged).
