Normalize all Game INI files Add a simple Python script that does a basic normalization on the game INI files and run it across all the files we have. This normalizes the sections, their order and comments, and the whitespace within them. Force arbitrary mipmap detection for some games known to use it This will avoid effects being unexpectedly broken in these games if the user disables the option globally.
