fixed VSync & TripleBuffering behaviour
...
workaround: VSync will be disabled when the menu is opened in full screen mode
dynamic size for text messages
image will not be rendered to backbuffer but to textured triangle strip
fullScreenStretch will be applied immediately
bBilinear filter was not applied at initialization
