stephena fe1713ee87 Fixed some warning that showed up in gcc but not clang++, and vice 
versa (I guess it's useful to test under multiple compilers).

Bumped version # for next test release.

Stella is a multi-platform Atari 2600 VCS emulator which allows you to
play all of your favourite Atari 2600 games on your PC.  You'll find the
