stephena 74cf5e6f5f Changed 'Swap' to 'Toggle' in the names of the Event class for toggling 
certain other events.  A small change to be sure, but the name more
appropriately describes what the event does.

Stella is a multi-platform Atari 2600 VCS emulator which allows you to
play all of your favourite Atari 2600 games on your PC.  You'll find the
