stephena 01f7c2c2f3 Renamed 'Win32' in various locations as 'Windows', to be more 
in line with the other ports.  Besides, the code now also supports
64-bit Windows, so the name was incorrect anyway.

Stella is a multi-platform Atari 2600 VCS emulator which allows you to
play all of your favourite Atari 2600 games on your PC.  You'll find the
