Brandon Wright b84a8fbd5b glsl: Use core-compatible OpenGL calls.
* Remove glTexCoordPointer because it wasn't affecting anything
anyway.
* Use GL_TRIANGLE_STRIP instead of deprecated GL_QUADS.
