Brandon Wright 10a521e39c byuu APU now being used. Nothing works yet.
Sync is broken, but the new SMP will handle ratios now.
Save states need to be redone without serializer.
No SPC dumping.

OV2 414782518b Win32: set HWND_TOPMOST for fullscreen window
Some graphic drivers seem to display the taskbar on non-viewport areas
if the window is not set to topmost.
