[Refactor] Refactor code for Grassy Terrain halving the power of Earthquake, Magnitude, and Bulldoze (#4263)
* EQ, magnitude, and bulldoze do half damage in grassy terrain

* Fix more styling issues in grassy glide

* lol unit tests

* Add test :pikastare:
