Jake.Stine 74c73295f4 PadSSSPSX: Added to PCSX2 Suite, and updated to work with PCSX2 v0.9.7. ... Changes: Implemented PADupdate and PADsetSettingsDir, added thread sync mutexes. Note! This is based on v1.6 of SSSPSX, since we don't currently have v1.7 in the repository.
