Jake.Stine 93d4f5a39c GSdx: Force the plugin to terminate via PostQuitMessage() when running GSReplay (fixes bug where GSdx would remain loaded in the background indefinitely).

GSSettingsDlg.cpp Implemented keyboard accelerator tables and a hashed global command table (should be ideal for eventual GUI extensions via plugin, and toolbars and other fanciness).
