Minor Cow Boys of Moo Mesa / Bucky O'Hare improvement - let's sync the sound cpu to the main one to ensure we're not missing commands. Let's also put the interleave at nBurnSoundLen (appears to not have any ill effects afaict)

custom frame for gprider - ack the irq`s a little longer than usual to get past a hang @ game start, this breaks other xboard games, which is why it has been separated. also fix out of bounds access to iochip_custom_read - see case 0x04 iochip_r\(\)

- redump / verify Fight Fever romsets [DsNo] :
new S1 redump needs verification as only 1 byte diff with previous dump in MAME (not yet added but commited)
