SPDX standardizes how source code conveys its copyright and licensing
information. See https://spdx.github.io/spdx-spec/1-rationale/ . SPDX
tags are adopted in many large projects, including things like the Linux
kernel.
Given this is what occurs in both constructors (as one just passes
through to another), we can just initialize the member directly.
While we're at it, amend the struct to follow the general ordering
convention of:
