Deactivated ALL codes for ALL games from start by removing the + infront of the games. I looked through every ini and these were all I found.

used a hack to make cheats work. just activate cheats now or add cheats between the first +(usually a must code, a add must here or just a dont remove this line) and the last + (usually empty).
