Enable emulator hotkeys and controller input (when that option is
enabled) when a TAS Input window has focus, as if it was the render
window instead. This allows TASers to use frame advance and the like
without having to switch the focused window or disabling Hotkeys Require
Window Focus which also picks up keypresses while other apps are active.
Cursor updates are disabled when the TAS Input window has focus, as
otherwise the Wii IR widget (and anything else controlled by the mouse)
becomes unusable. The cursor continues to work normally when the render
window has focus.
There were three distinct mechanisms for signaling symbol changes in DolphinQt: `Host::NotifyMapLoaded`, `MenuBar::NotifySymbolsUpdated`, and `CodeViewWidget::SymbolsChanged`. The behavior of these signals has been consolidated into the new `Host::PPCSymbolsUpdated` signal, which can be emitted from anywhere in DolphinQt to properly update symbols everywhere in DolphinQt.
Use "bzip2" instead of "bzip" in optparse's compression choices for the
convert command. This is both more accurate and matches what the
ParseCompressionTypeString function expects.
The mismatch between the two parsing functions prevented compression
using bzip2 because either ParseCompressionTypeString or optparse would
generate an error when using "bzip" or "bzip2" respectively.

Previously, we had WBFS and CISO which both returned an upper bound
of the size, and other formats which returned an accurate size. But
now we also have NFS, which returns a lower bound of the size. To
allow VolumeVerifier to make better informed decisions for NFS, let's
use an enum instead of a bool for the type of data size a blob has.
* moves dolphin-specific settings out of Base.props
* creates exports.props for externals, allowing to easily import
individual Externals
* corrects some cruft that accumulated and probably contributed
to msbuild overbuilding
This was requested by a forum user, and I thought why not.
It's a simple change to make since DiscIO already supports it,
and I assume command-line users know roughly what they're doing.
New dolphin-tool command: "header"
-b / --block_size
-c / --compression
-l / --compression_level
Informative RVZ/WIA header2 value "compression_level" is now a s32 instead of a u32, because negative compression is a thing.
Speaking of, it is now possible to use negative compression levels in dolphin-tool's convert command (not the GUI, though).
DiscIO depends on some IOS functions and other functions, which are in Core and not Common. This results in link errors if using DiscIO on its own (which is why DolphinTool had a listed dependency on videocommon; videocommon has a dependency on core so adding that made things build).
Videocommon also depends on core, which resulted in linking errors (though I'm not sure why). Ideally, dolphintool woudln't depend on videocommon... but some stuff in core does.
