Normalize all Game INI files Add a simple Python script that does a basic normalization on the game INI files and run it across all the files we have. This normalizes the sections, their order and comments, and the whitespace within them. It also removes the sections Video_Hardware, Gecko, and Wii, which should not be in the game INI files we ship by default.

Fix Baten Kaitos Shop Crashes Baten Kaitos will crash with certain items in your inventory if you scroll over them in the shop screen. SyncGPU does not fix the issue, but single core does.

Update all inis to remove old XFB settings. Also update Krome Studios games to use 'Immediate XFB' and Rogue Squadron games to disable 'Immediate XFB'.

Fixes issues 7146 and 6440.

Disable Defer EFB Copies to RAM for Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean The game crashes randomly after a fight against Kalas late in the game, if Defer EFB Copies to RAM is enabled.
