Some changes to the debugger, added a DSP HLE debugging window. I moved the initialization of DLLdebugger from Core.cpp to the debugging window. Some changes to the debugger, added a DSP HLE debugging window. I moved the initialization of DLLdebugger from Core.cpp to the debugging window.
