John Peterson 3043bd6003 Moved updates closer to how it actually should work. It's still a little buggy, perhaps because of some kind of timing issue. In RE Remake it seems like the music stopped sometimes, and sometimes to many blocks were running. Plugin_DSP_HLE.vcproj	Added a console window to the DSP HLE plugin to more easily see the current parameter block status. TODO: add more presets to show different parameters and add more file logging options.	2008-10-03 10:59:56 +00:00
