BizHawk is a multi-system emulator written in C#. BizHawk provides nice features for casual gamers such as full screen, and joypad support in addition to full rerecording and debugging tools for all system cores.

blip_buf Add Blargg's "blip_buf" as an unmanaged dll. license is LGPL; if I like the way it works, I'll rewrite it with MIT code. Implement it as the new resampling output track for NES.
