Introduces VirtIOCryptoReq structure to store
crypto request so that we can easily support
asynchronous crypto operation in the future.
At present, we only support cipher and algorithm
chaining.

Expose the capacity of algorithms supported by
virtio crypto device to the frontend driver using
pci configuration space.

Introduce the virtio crypto realization, I'll
finish the core code in the following patches. The
thoughts came from virtio net realization.
