Bharata B Rao	afd10a0fa6	spapr: Move spapr_cpu_init() to spapr_cpu_core.c ... Start consolidating CPU init related routines in spapr_cpu_core.c. As part of this, move spapr_cpu_init() and its dependencies from spapr.c to spapr_cpu_core.c No functionality change in this patch. Bharata B Rao	3b54254966	spapr: Abstract CPU core device and type specific core devices ... Add sPAPR specific abastract CPU core device that is based on generic CPU core device. Use this as base type to create sPAPR CPU specific core devices.
