migration: split use of MigrationState.total_time

Mix use of the two is slightly misleading. Signed-off-by: Peter Xu <peterx@redhat.com> Reviewed-by: Juan Quintela <quintela@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: Juan Quintela <quintela@redhat.com>
