The patch found in this folder is for the binutils-2.24 snapshot.
It's a rebase of Sebastian Biallas' ancient patch that was never upstreamed into
mainline binutils: https://sourceware.org/ml/binutils/2007-03/msg00366.html

Build on cygwin with: `bash -x -o igncr build.sh`
