[Base] Fix snprintf not working correctly
This seems to be an issue with Microsoft declaring a snprintf macro which causes issues. Related issues: - https://github.com/nlohmann/json/issues/1408 - https://github.com/kodi-pvr/pvr.vuplus/issues/162
