Dorjoy Chowdhury 1ac32dc8ea tests/lcitool: Update libvirt-ci and add libcbor dependency ... libcbor dependecy is necessary for adding virtio-nsm and nitro-enclave machine support in the following commits. libvirt-ci has already been updated with the dependency upstream and this commit updates libvirt-ci submodule in QEMU to latest upstream.
