John Snow 76cd358671 python, iotests: replace qmp with aqmp 
Swap out the synchronous QEMUMonitorProtocol from qemu.qmp with the sync
wrapper from qemu.aqmp instead.

Add an escape hatch in the form of the environment variable
QEMU_PYTHON_LEGACY_QMP which allows you to cajole QEMUMachine into using
the old implementation, proving that both implementations work
concurrently.

qemu.machine package
====================

This package provides core utilities used for testing and debugging
QEMU. It is used by the iotests, vm tests, acceptance tests, and several
other utilities in the ./scripts directory. It is not a fully-fledged
SDK and it is subject to change at any time.

See the documentation in ``__init__.py`` for more information.
