Marc-André Lureau 4f67d30b5e qdev: set properties with device_class_set_props() 
The following patch will need to handle properties registration during
class_init time. Let's use a device_class_set_props() setter.

Philippe Mathieu-Daudé 1401897cd1 hw/pci-host/i440fx: Extract the IGD passthrough host bridge device 
We can use a i440FX without the IGD passthrough host bridge.
Extract it into a new file, 'hw/pci-host/xen_igd_pt.c'.

Philippe Mathieu-Daudé 2d61acebe8 hw/pci-host/i440fx: Use size_t to iterate over ARRAY_SIZE() 
We don't enforce the -Wsign-conversion CPPFLAG, but it doesn't hurt
to avoid this warning:

  warning: implicit conversion changes signedness: 'int' to 'size_t' (aka 'unsigned long') [-Wsign-conversion]

Philippe Mathieu-Daudé 3402076073 hw/pci-host/i440fx: Extract PCII440FXState to "hw/pci-host/i440fx.h" 
Make the PCII440FXState structure public, so it can be used out of
this source file. This will allow us to extract the IGD Passthrough
Host Bridge, which is a children of the TYPE_I440FX_PCI_DEVICE.

Philippe Mathieu-Daudé 48bc99a09c hw/pci-host/i440fx: Remove the last PIIX3 traces 
The PIIX3 is not tied to the i440FX and can even be used without it.
Move its creation to the machine code (pc_piix.c).
We have now removed the last trace of southbridge code in the i440FX
northbridge.

Philippe Mathieu-Daudé 0f25d865a1 hw/pci-host: Rename incorrectly named 'piix' as 'i440fx' 
We moved all the PIIX3 southbridge code out of hw/pci-host/piix.c,
it now only contains i440FX northbridge code.
Rename it to match the chipset modelled.
