Guenter Roeck 3a0b75880a hw/sensor/tmp105: Lower 4 bit of limit registers are always 0
Per datasheet, "HIGH AND LOW LIMIT REGISTERS", the lower 4 bit
of the limit registers are unused and always report 0.
The lower 4 bit should not be used for temperature comparisons,
so mask the unused bits before storing the limits.

Corey Minyard 5e9ae4b1a3 sensor: Move hardware sensors from misc to a sensor directory
Lots of this are expected to be coming in, create a directory for them.

Also move the tmp105.h file into the include directory where it
should be.

Thomas Huth 1e8a1fae74 test: Move qtests to a separate directory
The tests directory itself is pretty overcrowded, and it's hard to
see which test belongs to which test subsystem (unit, qtest, ...).
Let's move the qtests to a separate folder for more clarity.
