Yuxue Liu f72fc16910 vhost-user-test: no set non-blocking for cal fd less than 0.
In the scenario where vhost-user sets eventfd to -1,
qemu_chr_fe_get_msgfds retrieves fd as -1. When vhost_user_read
receives, it does not perform blocking operations on the descriptor
with fd=-1, so non-blocking operations should not be performed here
either. This is a normal use case. Calling g_unix_set_fd_nonblocking
at this point will cause the test to interrupt.

When vhost_user_write sets the call fd to -1, it sets the number of
fds to 0, so the fds obtained by qemu_chr_fe_get_msgfds will also
be 0.

Alex Bennée 8fcfc8235e tests/qtest: enable tests for virtio-gpio
We don't have a virtio-gpio implementation in QEMU and only
support a vhost-user backend. The QEMU side of the code is minimal so
it should be enough to instantiate the device and pass some vhost-user
messages over the control socket. To do this we hook into the existing
vhost-user-test code and just add the bits required for gpio.

Daniel P. Berrangé cbde7be900 migrate: remove QMP/HMP commands for speed, downtime and cache size
The generic 'migrate_set_parameters' command handle all types of param.

Only the QMP commands were documented in the deprecations page, but the
rationale for deprecating applies equally to HMP, and the replacements
exist. Furthermore the HMP commands are just shims to the QMP commands,
so removing the latter breaks the former unless they get re-implemented.
