Philippe Mathieu-Daudé	98808c3d0c	tests/docker: Refresh APT cache before installing new packages on Debian ... Since docker caches the different layers, updating the package list does not invalidate the previous "apt-get update" layer, and it is likely "apt-get install" hits an outdated repository. Alex Bennée	67bd36beda	tests/dockerfiles: update the win cross builds to stretch ... While fixing up pkg.mxe.cc they move the URLs around a bit and dropped Jessie support in favour of Stretch. We also need to update the keys used to verify the packages.
